Bad customer service. Woman behind the counter had no idea what she was doing or didn't care. Her husband seemed to be out the back while customers were building up.
Arrogant woman behind the counter.
Racist staff members. Questioning whether the parcels are actually for people with foreign accents completely disregarding parcel notices with correct details. Multiple horrible encounters. Lodged official complaint with Aus Post.
